The site connects callers with independent contractors. It does not perform restoration, plumbing, roofing, mold, electrical or any other work, and does not employ the people who do.
No warranty on work
The site does not warrant or vouch for work performed by any contractor. The notice in the footer of every page is the controlling statement of this limit.
General information
Pages describe what restoration work commonly involves and how Florida insurance and licensing rules commonly operate. They are not a diagnosis of your home or an opinion on your policy.
Licensing and insurance
Verify a contractor's state license and proof of insurance yourself. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation runs the state's license search.
Emergencies
For fire, injury, a gas smell or immediate danger, call 911 first.
